This is Modru's flag representing an annular eclipse of the sun. Modru designed this flag anticipating the time when his conquest of Mithgar would mean Adon's light shines no more.

A red star on a yellow field. This is the flag of the Mogul—the Warlord of Warlords—of Jūng. There are many warlords in Jūng, each with his (or her) own feifdom; in general, each of these warlords has a flag of his own, the design of which represents that warlord. Yet in spite of their own internal warfare to gain the territory of another, they occasionally unite under a single Mogul, one who has come to power through warfare within Jūng, or (rarely) has been "elected" by the other warlords, or more likely at the behest of the priests of the Jģdu Shąngdi (another name for Gyphon). The Mogul always uses this flag, though he (or she) retains his own flag as well.

The only authority the Rovers of Kistan recognize is a council of ships' captains. Hence, the Kistanian flag itself bears no device. However, each ship's captain is free to add his own ship's symbol to the maroon field.

There are several other versions of the Fists of Rakka flag: a black fist on a white field, a crimson fist on a black field, a black fist on a crimson field, and so on, all featuring a clenched fist centered in a field, where the colors represent the given Cult of the Fist.

An Eld Tree on a field of grey.
The tall and narrow Elven banner denotes the height of the Eld Tree (a
tree somewhat like a sequoia, but with leaves instead of needles and reaching heights of a
thousand feet). This particular banner represents the Lone Eld Tree growing just inside
the hidden southern entrance of Arden Vale. The field of grey signifies not only the
twilight shed by these trees when Elvenkind is near, but also the general neutrality of
Elves in the internal affairs of mankind and the folk of Fey. It is said that when the
Lone Eld Tree is no more, no longer will Elves dwell in Arden Vale.
